The Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, conducting site visits, and converting prospects into customers. This role is central to driving revenue growth, building client relationships, and ensuring the successful sale of residential plots, apartments, or villas. A successful Sales Executive must be target-driven, persuasive, and skilled at understanding customer requirements to offer the best property solutions.

 

Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Lead Conversion & Sales

Follow up on leads generated by the telemarketing and marketing teams.

Understand customer needs, explain project features, and suggest suitable property options.

Conduct property presentations and convert leads into site visits and closures.


2. Site Visit Coordination

Organize and conduct physical site visits with clients.

Explain location advantages, pricing, amenities, and legal documentation.

Address client queries and build confidence during the site experience.


3. Relationship Management

Build strong relationships with prospective buyers for long-term engagement.

Provide regular updates to customers on project status, availability, and pricing.

Follow up with interested customers to drive decision-making and closures.


4. Sales Target Achievement

Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the Sales Manager.

Track personal performance and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential clients.

Provide updates on visit-to-closure conversion ratios and sales progress.


5. Coordination & Reporting

Collaborate with telemarketing, CRM, and marketing teams for lead flow and updates.

Maintain accurate records of interactions, visits, and closures in CRM tools.

Submit daily reports to the Sales Manager regarding lead status, site visits, and follow-ups.

 

 

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

1–3 years of sales experience (real estate background preferred).

Strong communication and negotiation skills in Tamil and basic English.

Ability to work independently and handle field/site-based responsibilities.

Knowledge of the local market, project locations, and basic real estate terminology.

Familiarity with CRM software, Excel, and mobile-based reporting tools.

Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone for local travel and communication.
