We want to ensure that our users have a positive experience with Houselink360. If you are not satisfied with your property listing, we offer the following refund policies
  • Refund Eligibility
    • A refund is available for duplicate payments or accidental charges made for a listing.
    • If your listing is removed within the first 48 hours due to non-compliance with our Listing Guidelines, a refund will be issued upon request.
  • Refund Process
    • To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@houselink360.com. We will review your request and process the refund within 7-10 business days.
    Non-Refundable Fees
    • Fees for premium listings or additional services (such as featured listings) are non-refundable once the listing is live on the platform.
    Any fees for services that have been fully rendered or used are also non-refundable.
