Property Information
Listings must include accurate and up-to-date property information, including but not limited to the property’s location, size, price, features, and availability.
Photos must accurately represent the property and be of high quality. Misleading or edited images are prohibited.
No Spam or False Advertising
Listings must not contain any fraudulent, misleading, or exaggerated claims.
Listings with incorrect contact information, unrealistic pricing, or incomplete descriptions may be removed.
Legal Requirements
Listings must comply with all relevant legal requirements, including property ownership verification, licensing, and any local, state, or national regulations related to real estate transactions.
Prohibited Content
The following content is prohibited in listings: illegal activities, discriminatory language, false pricing, offensive material, and any other content that violates Houselink360’s standards.
Listing Removal
Houselink360 reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these guidelines. Listings may also be removed if they do not meet the quality standards set by the platform.
