The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role involves managing online and offline campaigns, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, and analyzing campaign effectiveness to achieve business growth. Key Roles and Responsibilities
1. Strategic Marketing Planning
Develop and implement monthly and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
Define target audiences, campaign themes, budgets, and marketing KPIs.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with lead generation goals.
2. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
Plan and manage digital campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
Optimize ad performance for CPL (Cost per Lead) and ROI.
Coordinate SEO, SEM, email marketing, and WhatsApp automation campaigns.
3. Offline Marketing & Branding
Plan and execute on-ground campaigns such as newspaper ads, banners, hoardings, and events.
Organize property expos, site events, and local promotions to boost visibility.
Ensure consistent brand identity across all offline marketing materials.
4. Content & Creative Management
Oversee development of marketing content (brochures, flyers, social media posts, videos).
Coordinate with graphic designers, content writers, and video editors.
Approve final creatives and ensure messaging aligns with brand tone and project value.
5. Campaign Monitoring & Analytics
Track the performance of all campaigns and generate marketing reports.
Analyze lead sources, conversion funnels, and campaign ROI.
Use insights to refine ongoing and future marketing strategies.
6. Vendor & Partner Coordination
Manage relationships with advertising agencies, digital partners, media vendors, and printers.
Negotiate rates and timelines for timely delivery of marketing materials.
Ensure quality, cost control, and timely execution of deliverables.
7. Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration
Manage and guide the marketing team (executives, telecallers, digital specialists).
Collaborate with the CRM, sales, and design teams to ensure campaign success.
Conduct regular meetings, reviews, and brainstorming sessions to keep the team aligned and motivated.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in real estate or service-based industry marketing.
Proven hands-on experience in:
Facebook and Instagram Ads (campaign setup, targeting, optimization, and performance analysis).
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns).
SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and local SEO for lead-based websites).
Email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and CRM integration.
Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, CPL (Cost Per Lead), CTR, and ROI metrics.
Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Search Console, and SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.
Strong creative sense and ability to manage content, graphics, and video production workflows.
Excellent communication, leadership, and vendor management skills.
