The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team, driving revenue growth, and achieving company targets through effective sales strategies, team leadership, and market insights. Key Roles and Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company targets.
Set monthly and quarterly sales targets for the team and ensure achievement.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
2. Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead, train, and mentor the sales team to improve performance and productivity.
Monitor individual and team KPIs (site visits, closures, follow-ups).
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback.
3. Lead Management & Conversion
Monitor incoming leads from CRM, marketing, and channel partners.
Ensure timely follow-up, lead nurturing, and effective closure strategies.
Track the lead journey and ensure accurate updates in the CRM system.
4. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Address customer needs, concerns, and ensure a positive buying experience.
Attend site visits, meetings, and negotiations when required.
5. Reporting & Sales Analytics
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for senior management.
Analyze sales trends, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
Recommend improvements based on sales data and customer insights.
6. Coordination with Other Departments
Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales goals.
Coordinate with CRM, operations, and documentation teams for smooth client onboarding.
Liaise with the leadership team for updates on pricing, inventory, and strategy.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 5–10 years of sales experience (real estate experience preferred).
Proven team management and leadership skills.
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing abilities.
Proficiency in CRM systems, lead management tools, and MS Office.
